Place a ruler perpendicular to your neck and measure the distance from the base of the neck to the outside edge of the shoulder.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

Great pillow has helped my neck

I have had this pillow a month or so and it’s been very stabilizing for my neck and has helped with less neck pain in the morning. I do wish it was longer as it looks sort of funny on kind size bed but otherwise it’s great.

I slept like a log from the first night of use. I'm usually a night sweater while sleep, but with the Tempur-Neck Cooling pillow, I wake up with a cool non-sweating experience. The fabric of the pillow really gives you that cool comfortable feeling. I would recommend the Tempur-Neck Pillow to anyone experiencing issues impacting sleep.

If you need neck support and better breathing during your sleep get this pillow. It is firm so idk people make bad reviews complaining about the pillow being firm when the description says firm lol. If a firm pillow helps you sleep better get this pillow it will save your sleeping life.

Perfect for petite side sleepers—cool and supportive

I’ve tried many pillows over the years, but this one truly stands out. I’m a side sleeper (5'2", 110 lbs), and after trying all three sizes, the small worked best for me. I was surprised that the small size feels softer than the other sizes I own, yet it still provides excellent support for my neck and shoulders—I wake up with far less stiffness. The height difference between the neck and head areas could be slightly less, but it’s easy to adjust by placing a small towel under the head section, which makes it just right for me. The cooling effect is for real. I feel a big difference on my neck. I often wake up feeling hot during the night, so this feature definitely helps!
