Purchased this along with the Hybrid model. It’s a perfect addition to compliment the Hybrid model. When I sometimes crash on the couch, I use this pillow, and it’s support an cooling features work wonderfully!

This pillow gives me the support I need. I love how it never ends fluffing. The gel conforms to my neck and head. It also is cool.
