Free Standard Shipping
We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US. Please note, we are unable to ship items to a P.O. Box.
Expedited Shipping
Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $25 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $40 per order. Orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time ship the same day (except Saturday and Sunday).
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories
Currently, we offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order.
Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $40 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $55 per order.
Special Shipping (remote locations, APO/FPO addresses)
We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days.
There are no upgrade options for orders shipping to these locations.

We use UPS or a similar package courier service to deliver all of our smaller products. During checkout, we give you the option of Standard Delivery.

Most smaller products (pillows, travel and home & office products) ship together, so you typically receive them at the same time. Bed linens may ship from a different warehouse, so they may arrive separately. If one of your items is on backorder, that item will ship separately from any other items in the same order. If your items arrive separately because they ship from a different warehouse or they are on backorder, we do not charge you extra shipping fees.
All bed products (mattresses, foundations, power bases and bed frames) are delivered separate from smaller products, using our White Glove Delivery service.

If you live in the U.S., we deliver to your area—with a few exceptions for remote areas. If you live in a remote location (mostly islands off the continental U.S.) or Alaska and Hawaii, your delivery will incur additional charges because of the extra cost of delivering to remote areas. Additional shipping charges will be displayed in cart during check-out after you enter your shipping address. The shipping time will vary. Our delivery team will work with you to schedule a delivery time frame as quickly as possible.

Mattresses, Foundations, Frames, TEMPUR-Ergo Power Bases
We deliver select mattress and base foundation orders using our White Glove Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.
TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS, and does not qualify for White Glove delivery.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery for Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occurs 7 - 10 days after the order is placed. Rest assured we will work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Special Delivery Requests
Special Delivery Conditions: if there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed.
TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme does not provide expedited shipping. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme can be delivered to AK/HI and US Territories for additional $50 shipping fee.
Delivery Pricing
We offer Free White Glove Delivery within the continental United States for orders including a mattress, foundation, or power base.
Special Shipping (remote locations, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO & US Territory addresses)
For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address. The shipping time will vary. Our delivery team will work with you to schedule a delivery time frame as quickly as possible.
TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme does not provide expedited shipping. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme can be delivered to AK/HI and US Territories for additional $50 shipping fee.
For APO/FPO and US Territory addresses, we cannot ship mattresses, foundations, frames or Ergo power bases.
On Delivery Day
When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years or older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.
To ensure the smooth and timely arrival of your items, please complete the following steps prior to delivery:
- Clear all walking paths, including sidewalks and hallways
- Remove decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
- Secure children and pets in a safe and quiet area
After Delivery:
- Thoroughly inspect all of your new items
- Reach out to us via email or call (800) 821-6621 with any issues
- Register your product(s) online to activate applicable warranties
FAQs about White Glove Delivery

We use an in-home delivery service to deliver these products. Once you place your order, they will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is typically within a few weeks from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas. When they deliver your new bed, they will set it up in your bedroom and remove the packing materials. They will even remove your old mattress and box spring, unless you ask them not to.
*TEMPUR-Cloud® ships via UPS Ground and does not include in-home set-up or mattress removal services.

Yes. Our in-home delivery service will unpack your new bed and place it in your bedroom. They will either set up the mattress and foundation on the bed frame, or set up the mattress on the power base if you ordered one. They remove the packing materials, and can even remove your old mattress and box spring if requested.

For select mattresses, yes — this included with our White Glove Delivery service. Simply indicate that you have an old mattress and box spring you'd like removed when we contact you to set up delivery.
Please note that the TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS and does not come with White Glove Delivery or mattress removal services.
